Architects Central NYC is an architecture studio from New York City.

With the name already given, we concentrated on incorporating it into a beautiful, clean logo, that would express the company's heritage while still looking modern.

Located in central Manhattan, the client was involved in the development of numerous high-rises all over Manhattan and especially around Central Park. Therefore we decided to incorporate the client's geographical specialty in a subtle unobstrusive way.

After revising several drafts, including some based on the Hudson and East River, the general shape of Manhattan as well as specific districts, we arrived at the final logo which portrays a bird's eye view of Central Park with low-rise and high-rise buildings around the edges. As a final touch we created the typography to, in and of itself, resemble buildings of different heights, thus occupying the east edge of Central Park.

After the final logo was decided on, we created a corresponding corporate and brand identity as well as a corporate powerpoint template.
